Higher Medical Education
Training is carried out at three levels: General Higher (Bachelor), Special Higher (Master, continuous program), and Advanced Higher (Master's/Postgrad).

Sub-residency (Subordinatura)
Profiling of training in the 6th year. Distribution is carried out by university commissions annually before July 1 (Order of the MoH RB No. 879).

Advanced postgraduate training. Full-time (2 years), Part-time (3 years). For foreign citizens — up to 5 years.

Retraining and CME
Key Durations:
- Retraining (Physicians): 4 months (Psychology — 5 months)
- Healthcare Organization (Part-time): 12 months
- Advanced Training: 0.25 – 1 month (40–160 hours)

Qualification Categories
Regulation:
Resolution of the Ministry of Health of the RB of 28.05.2021 No. 70 "On professional certification".
Certification is mandatory for the assignment of the second qualification category. The exam consists of computer testing and an oral interview.
